Kettlebell Tabata Workouts

Good news and bad news.

 

Good news is that the following kettebell tabatas are short, only four minutes to complete. As in a traditional tabata protocol, you will work for a total duration of 4 minutes (20 seconds and rest 10 seconds in between exercises). Tabatas are great for fat loss and using a kettlebell will allow for dynamic workouts.

 

You’ll be able to download each tabata timer so that you can import them to the Seconds Pro App if you already have it. These particular timers will only work with iPhones.

 

Or you can simply use another interval timer app of your choice.
