Workout Instructions

 

Perform these 5 exercises in order, starting from top left and moving clockwise.

 

  • Advanced: Do 6 rounds and rest rest 10 seconds between exercises and sets.
  • Intermediate: Do 4 sets and rest 10 seconds between exercises and sets.
  • Beginner: Do 2 sets and rest 10 seconds between exercises and sets.
